Scenario
JSH Limited is in the process of a massive change to their supply and value chain processes, which will require strong leadership. As the Operations Executive, you have been tasked with creating a leadership profile to help JSH in their transformation. The CEO has requested that you pull together an assessment of leadership principles needed for the new change for an upcoming meeting with the Board of Directors.
Instructions
Create a leadership profile in Microsoft Word. Your leadership profile should contain a synopsis of the different leadership styles that JSH could use to drive initiatives. The meeting will be your second interaction with the Board of Directors, so you want to be sure that the Board understands the different leadership styles and how they affect organizational performance.
Your leadership profile should:
Assess leadership skills needed to increase employee engagement

Assess leadership’s role in increasing workplace performance
